Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using StudiPac, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What StudiPac is

StudiPac is an independent AI study workspace built for Tunis Business School students. We organize course materials and past papers, and build study tools like Pac, study guides, flashcards, and exam prep around them. StudiPac is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking on behalf of Tunis Business School.

Accounts

You need an account to use StudiPac. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Semester pass and payment

Access to course workspaces is granted through a semester pass. Because we don't use an online payment processor, passes are activated manually once payment is arranged directly with us (cash or transfer). Pricing and activation details are as communicated to you at signup.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account, or curated course materials, with people who haven't paid for access.
• Redistribute, resell, or publish materials or generated content outside StudiPac.
• Use StudiPac to violate your school's academic integrity policies.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Your uploads

You keep ownership of anything you personally upload. By uploading it, you give us permission to store it and process it (including sending it to Pac) so we can provide the service to you. Your uploads stay private to your account and are never shown to other students.

Curated course materials

Materials, past papers, and generated study content made available inside a course workspace are for your personal study use as a paying member only. Underlying rights in professor-authored materials remain with their original authors; StudiPac curates and organizes access to them for study purposes.

AI-generated content

Pac's answers, study guides, and flashcards are generated with AI and can be wrong, even when they cite a source page. Generated study content is reviewed before publishing, but you should always verify anything important against the cited material, especially before an exam. StudiPac is a study aid, not a substitute for your own understanding.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including sharing access with non-paying users. You can stop using StudiPac at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

StudiPac is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service accurate and available, but we're not liable for exam outcomes, academic results, or damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update StudiPac or these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia.
